细胞描述：人肺癌细胞ChaGo-K-1来源于45岁男性的肺支气管，细胞高表达MUC-1粘蛋白mRNA，低表达MUC-2 mRNA，但不表达MUC-3基因。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。经本库STR检测无误。STR鉴定结果为：Amelogenin: X,Y；CSF1PO: 10；D13S317: 11；D16S539: 11；D5S818: 12；D7S820: 8,12；TH01: 9.3；TPOX: 8；vWA: 17,18。
