细胞描述:此细胞株源自一位45岁患有大细胞肺癌的白人男性的淋巴结。该细胞缺乏产生粘液和鳞状分化的亚显微结构和生化证据。其表达的p53 mRNA与正常肺细胞的表达量相近,且易于检测。此外,没有表现出明显的结构DNA异常。该细胞角蛋白和波形蛋白表达阳性,神经丝三联体蛋白阴性。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测,结果为阴性。经本库STR检测无误。STR鉴定结果为:Amelogen
