细胞描述:9L/lacZ细胞株1989年从9L细胞株（大鼠硝基脲诱导的胶质瘤细胞株）发展而来。
用携带E. coli编码beta-半乳糖苷酶lacZ基因和带来G418抗性的Tn5新霉素基因BAG复制缺陷的逆转录病毒载体感染9L细胞株。
细胞在G418存在下培养14天，克隆，并检测beta-半乳糖苷酶生成。
