细胞描述:皮肤癌细胞株A-431源自一位85岁女性，是D.J.Giard等人建立的一系列细胞株中的一株。 它在抗胸腺细胞球蛋白、血清处理的NIH 瑞士小鼠中形成类似于恶性黑素瘤的快速增长的皮下肿瘤，在普通成纤维细胞和琼脂上形成克隆。 这是一个超三倍体人细胞株。 在本库通过支原体检测。 在本库通过STR检测。
